    I excel in transformation and turnaround situations. I can drop into any situation and set the tone, course-correct and drive higher performance while you search for a permanent leader. I’m open to 1-2 year assignments as well, which look less like an “interim CEO” and more like a transformational leadership role.

    My foundation is in strategic planning. I can marshal a small team of experts in growth strategy services, such as creating the vision, collecting consumer insights, running leadership workshops, drafting the operational and financial plans, and developing a company-wide comms plan.
